Bay Shrimp, Asparagus, and Spring Onion Salad at Tastebud

We are dining this evening at Tastebud on SE Milwaukie, and while waiting for our sausage, spicy kale, tomato and mozzarella pizza to cook in the wood fired oven, we shared the bay shrimp, asparagus, and spring onion salad. Wow. Sweet, tender little bay shrimp, paper thin slivers of raw asparagus and Red Heart celery, spring onions, and a sprinkling of paprika, tossed with olive oil and sea salt. I've ceased caring if the pizza arrives, I could eat these all night.
