Cascade Farms all natural grass fed beef, grilled and slathered in herb oil, makes for a mighty fine steak! Chef Eli also served pan roasted asparagus sprinkled with sea salt and tossed with olive oil, perfectly cooked new potatoes speckled with parsley, and and an arugula salad with crumbled gorgonzola and a light lemony vinaigrette. It was beyond delicious.
