After I prodded Jen to put the notebook down she went full force with a shot of Four Roses Bourbon followed by a chaser of a nameless cocktail made with Jim Beam, blueberry juice, lemon juice, and a dark brown sugar simple syrup steeped with Mexican cinnamon and a dash of cognac, which we dubbed the BBBTTP (Blueberry Bourbon Table Talk Portland).
